Feladatok

Our new colleague’s tasks are:

• Own and improve network infrastructure (switches, routers, VLANs, Wi-Fi), ensuring security and high availability.
• Manage Windows clients, Active Directory, Group Policies, file access, and PowerShell automation.
• Handle deployment and support of end-user devices, conferencing systems, and network hardware.
• Maintain IT asset management, documentation, and incident resolution processes.
• Support virtualization, backup, and cloud solutions (VMware, Veeam, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot).
• Lead industrial IT projects involving smart devices, RFID/barcode, and IoT systems.
• Advise business teams on IT solutions and mentor junior colleagues when needed.
• Strengthen cybersecurity and ensure compliance with global IT standards.

You are the perfect candidate for this mission if you have

Network & System Administration:

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN concepts and basic routing
• Experience configuring switches and routers (TP-Link Omada / Unifi / Cisco or similar)
• Operating and maintaining Wi-Fi networks, including guest networks and WPA2-Enterprise environments
• Practical understanding of physical networking: UTP cabling, basics of optical cabling, patch panels, rack layout

Windows Environment:

• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 11 client systems
• Basic Windows Server knowledge: Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), file server and permission management
• Basic PowerShell usage (running scripts, executing simple commands)

Hardware Knowledge:

• Setup and troubleshooting of PCs, laptops, printers, and conferencing equipment
• Configuration and basic troubleshooting of network printers
• Basic configuration of UPS devices and network equipment

Documentation & Administration:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory
• Documenting incidents and change management processes precisely
• Experience working with a ticketing system

• Server & Virtualization: Basic VMware ESXi / vCenter knowledge, experience with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam)
• Advanced Networking: VLAN design, trunk port configuration, Omada/Unifi controller management, basic firewall knowledge
• Microsoft 365 / Azure: User account management, SharePoint/OneDrive basics, Autopilot/Intune experience (highly preferred)
• Industrial IT Environment: Deployment of touchscreens, displays, TVs, integration of RFID/barcode readers
